Obituary for Alfredo P. "Lolo" Curtis

Alfredo Curtis was born in the Republic of Panama to Marjarie and Fredrick Curtis on April 20,1935.

Alfredo came to the United States of America as a Teenager in 1948. In the year 1954 Alfredo joined the United States Airforce where he served for 14 Years. In the year 1965 he was stationed at Keesler Airforce Base in Biloxi Mississippi. During that time, he met Czerda Joseph and they got married on February 5th, 1966. Upon honorable discharge from the military he joined the New York City Transit Authority as a signal maintenance operator from March 1970 until retirement in June of 1991. After retirement he enjoyed playing the guitar, piano, painting and drawing.

Alfredo is survived by Czerda his wife of 52 years his son Alfredo Curtis Jr Daughter Nicole Curtis Martinez and Son Damian Joseph Curtis. Four Grandsons: Christopher Joseph Curtis, Xavier Curtis, Xavien Curtis and Haven Curtis. Four Granddaughters Tatiana Curtis, Ava Martinez Keiondi Curtis & Ania Martinez also his sisters Magnolia Curtis Hebrok, Elveda Best as well as Edith Suarez. His Brothers Ricardo Curtis and Rolando Curtis. His two daughters in law Maritza Rodriguez Curtis And Velorna Wheaton Curtis. As well as a lot of nieces and nephews’ cousins and other family members.

Alfredo will truly be missed!
