Rosemary Evelyn King was born on July 14, 1954 in Queens NY to the late Betty Davis and the late Thomas Newton. She attended P.S. 160 Elementary School, Shimer Junior High School and Jamaica High School where she ended her learning education. After attending High School Rosemary worked for the New York City Parks Department for about a year and shortly after became a case worker for the welfare office. She then met the love of her life the late Daniel Johnson

Rosemary was loving, caring, funny, and always had a listening ear no matter what, she was a comfort to us all. To mourn her memory she leaves behind her daughter Danielle Johnson her sister Lajaun Davis a host of cousins that she considered brothers and sisters Christopher Croker, Donnie Croker, Jeffery Croker, Annette Croker and Oglivier Croker (Muffy) as well as a host of aunts and uncles nieces and nephews as well as loving friends.

She will be deeply missed
